Responsibilities:

Familiarising yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth priming the leads through channels like email, WhatsApp, calls & meeting them in person.

Initiating telephonic conversations with potential prospects.
-
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
-
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
-
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
-
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
-
Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
-
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
-
Remaining in tune with trends in Learning & HR practices to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Research and identify new market opportunities.

Assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
-
Achieving the monthly targets in a high pressure performance driven environment.
-
Sharing input to handle Social Media, Marketing and PR as well.
Requirements:

Good negotiation and pitching skills required.

Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up

Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality

Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

Extensive sales experience.

Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.

Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

Neat, well-groomed appearance.
