Marketing Associate :

Responsibilities:

  • Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.

  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.

  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

  • Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.

  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, event platforms.), exhibitions and promotional events

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)

  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

  • Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy

  • Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services

  • Presents regular updates and information to other department heads and executives

  • Organize & oversees the production of all marketing, advertising/communication campaigns(social media, event platforms.), materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts

  • Organizes and attends company-wide and marketing events

  • Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars

  • Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.

  • 0 - 1 years' relevant work experience in marketing & business development or similar field preferred. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

  • Strong organization and project management skills.

  • friendly and personable demeanor.

  • experience in Posses search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen

  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Working knowledge with CRM programs

  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google AdWords

  • Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns
